Charles Darwin rises from the grave to visit the motorcycle rally in Sturgis with some ideas for them.

Sturgis, SOUTH DAKOTA (Enviro Snowflake Brief)— Charles Darwin, from the grave, is so fascinated by the enthusiasm of participants attending the massive motorcycle rally in Sturgis, South Dakota, during the Covid-19 pandemic that his spirit is joining the festival.

Darwin’s spirit spoke to Terry Keszler, a Sturgis City Council member, to suggest fencing in the expected 250,000 attendees outside of town for sixty days.

“Man selects only for his own good: Nature only for that of the being which she tends,” pondered Darwin’s spirit to the Sturgis city council meeting yesterday.

His spirit explained, “It would be so wonderful to observe the kind of people choosing to attend the festival at such high risk to themselves and others in more of a laboratory setting- let the strongest live and the weakest die. “

Darwin’s spirit clearly did his homework demonstrated by his plan to offer a free Ted Nugent concert for 60 days in a row to entice the crowd in way they could not possibly bring themselves to leave the fenced area.

The spirit explained that this special crowd of humans deserve each other for more than ten days, and sixty days would give nature the chance to sort through to see the fittest survive.

One city council member mulled over the idea of turning Darwin’s idea into a TV reality show… Darwin’s Surviving Sturgis.

God bless their personal rights, but let’s fence them in for their family and friends back home for a bit.
