Helena, MONTANA (Enviro Snowflake Brief)— Little Red Riding Hood and Three Little Pigs are cautionary tales about left wing, socialist wolves, according to Montana State Senator Bob Brown, who now claims “these books confirm wolves are a dangerous threat to democracy and traditional American family values.”

Sen. Brown, of Thompson Falls, is leading the effort to pass aggressive, inhumane wolf killing laws through Montana’s Republican controlled Legislature. State Republican leaders believe the wolf extermination campaign is morally justified when you read the horrifying details of these socialist, conservation leaning animals.

Sen. Brown says the supporting evidence is in plain sight- on ink, on the pages. “The poor girl and her grandmother eaten by a wolf, along with the terror the mother piggy must have felt when the wolf attempts to even blow her brick house down, all supports Montana killing every wolf we see.”

The state Senator added, “Smoke a pack a day I say, no matter if the federal government threatens us with the stupid Endangered Species Act. Montana Republicans will preserve our western family values by killing more wolves.”

State Democratic leaders are a helpless minority to stop the Republican ground swell of Wolf McCarthyism, as the iconic gray wolf becomes the Republican bullseye symbol to unleash their anger over the Endangered Species Act, over the “Libs” wanting to clean up the environment, and over the gall of anti-extraction industry protesters expecting public land policies to support all Americans.

Little pig, little pig, let me come in, is a wolf knocking at our democracy’s door with socialist intentions?” rhetorically asked Republican Governor Greg Gianforte, as he eagerly waits to sign the wolf killing bills.

The better to eat you with! are the last words Little Red Republican Hood girl heard before she was eaten alive,” stated the Governor. “We know if we eradicate wolves, we are spiritually fending off the socialist Dems twin towers of hate- family and property.”

Cyril Christo, a conservation photographer, gave a slightly different foreshadowing viewpoint on the current war on wolves.

“Wolves and conservationists no more represent ‘liberal’ America, than Republicans represent freedom. If we don’t turn the ship of bigotry around, we will all be crying wolf from the forces of nature unleashing themselves on humanity.”(Op-Ed, THE HILL)

Public backlash against the increasing politicization and persecution of the gray wolf by politicians may finally surge to a tipping point, and when it does, voters will tell misguided wolf hating Republicans…

No, no, by the hair on my chinny chin chin, I won’t vote for you again.
